Your primary goals will be to motivate and develop the team, as well as ensure a clean and comfortable environment for guests and staff.
Key responsibilities will include:
Developing and implementing housekeeping procedures and policies Leading a team of housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling Conducting regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards Ordering and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment Collaborating with other departments to coordinate cleaning schedules and special requests Handling guest needs or concerns related to housekeeping Monitoring budget and expenses related to housekeeping operations Implementing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations Key Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have the following
Qualifications:
Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hospitality or hotel setting Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and best practices Excellent organizational and leadership skills Ability to effectively communicate with staff, guests, and other departments Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment Familiarity with custodial operations and procedures We are looking for a dedicated individual who connects with our mission to improve the quality of our guests' lives by giving them the tools to improve their health.
